If you request access details, we process the information you provide in the form (name, address, contact details, and where applicable reference and message) solely to verify and handle your request. The information is sent to us by email and is not stored on the web server. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures or the client relationship) and your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.
